  • minimum order 25 of Wrapped Balled variety only (Not Available in Winter - Dec through Mar.)
  • U.S. customers please add $40.00 for customs clearance and phyto-sanitary certificate.
  • please book your seedling order as soon as you have approximate numbers. (quantities can be increased up to three weeks prior to shipping date).
  • 25% deposit is required upon ordering, with balance due 2 weeks before ship date.
  • Cancellations will be accepted up to three weeks before ship date for full refund of deposit.
  • PROMOTIONAL SEEDLINGS is not responsible for the seedlings once in the hands of the carrier.
  • NSF cheques are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
  • Shipment Schedule (NOTE: $45.00 minimum shipping charge for courier includes $10.00 handling fee)
    • Canada and U.S. ship Mondays (via UPS) arrival Thurs. or Fri.
Orders may be changed "once" ie. the amount, species, packaging.
Additional changes will be subject to a $6.00 administration fee each time.
